A good friend of mine was telling me how she had this dessert called blender jello. She really liked it so I thought I would give it a whirl. Hee Hee
So I added one box of jello and 2/3 cup of boiling water
You blend it on high for 2 to 3 minutes. Then start adding ice cubes
Next add some cool whip and blend again
When completely blended pour into small glasses
Put in frig and let set about 30 minutes. Top with a dollop of cool whip and enjoy
1 small box any flavor jello
2/3 cup boiling water
6 ice cubes
8 0z cool whip
Put jello in blender. Pour boiling water on top. Do not put lid on tight. Blend for 2 to 3 minutes. Add icecubes one at a time and blend another 2 minutes or so. Spoon 3/4 or the cool whip into the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour in serving dishes and frig for 30 minutes or until set. Spoon a dollop of cool whip on top and enjoy

My wall hanging foxy Freida
I have been busy working on a few different things. I finally finished my wall hanging. It is a collage quilt and her name is Foxy Freida. She came out very nice. I learned alot with this first one. I am sure I can improve as time goes on. I am also working on doing more free motion quilting using my home machine. Enjoying all my time
